Laveena Sharma joined Gold Investment Management in 2024 as Associate, Client Experience and Administration. Laveena is a passionate and driven professional with a deep-rooted enthusiasm for finance and leadership. Raised in Sint Maarten, Laveena embarked on her academic journey at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she pursued a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance. She is currently enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and aspires to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

During her time at Dalhousie, Laveena also thrived in leadership roles such as Upper Year Mentor and Co-President of the Dalhousie Real Estate Association. These experiences allowed her to foster supportive environments and forge meaningful connections with her peers, contributing to enhanced student engagement and success.

Professionally, Laveena gained valuable experience at Traffic Tech, where she honed her skills in customer service support and logistics management.

Laveena is multilingual, fluent in English, Dutch, and Hindi, reflecting her cultural diversity and global perspective. In her leisure time, Laveena enjoys Horseback Riding, baking, and painting. She also loves spending time with family and friends.
