Marisa joined Gold Investment Management in 2015 and currently serves as a Vice President, Operations / Portfolio Manager holding the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. She works with a diverse clientele including individuals, corporations, charitable foundations and trusts and is passionate about finding solutions which allow her clients to reach their unique financial objectives. In her role, Marisa completes a wide variety of tasks including security analysis, portfolio recommendations and trade execution.

Marisa has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Investment Funds Course. In her early education, she earned a Human Resources Management Diploma with distinction from Grant MacEwan University.

Marisa previously worked with Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization that aims to educate youths about financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness. She continues to actively volunteer with the organization as part of her efforts to give back to the community.

Marisa currently resides in Edmonton with her spouse, James. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling to new destinations and studying art and literature.
